Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship within Malaysia. We aim to expand to Southeast Asia in the near future — stay tuned!
Shipping Rates:
Flat rate of RM 8 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM 15 for East Malaysia.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days. As a small business, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your handcrafted goods with care.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery:
- West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
returns & exchanges policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@ceriahaus.com
We will happily offer:
- A replacement (if available)
-Or store credit for damaged goods
To be eligible:
- Send us a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused
We’ll assess on a case-by-case basis and offer store credit if approved.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
Damage caused by mishandling or misuse after delivery is not eligible.
can i cancel or modify my order?
All sales are final once an order is placed. As a small business, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or modifications.

care & usage
Ceramics:
Our ceramics are microwave-safe and suitable for daily use. To preserve their beauty:
- Hand washing is recommended to extend the lifespan of the glaze
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh detergents
- Do not expose to sudden temperature changes (e.g., from freezer to microwave)
- Not oven-safe
As with all handmade items, minor variations and imperfections are natural — and part of the charm.
Placemats & Coasters:
Our coasters are made from natural seagrass and our placemats from natural jute — both are beautiful, biodegradable materials that thrive with gentle care. To clean, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking them in water, and always allow them to fully air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mould or mildew. For jute placemats, you may also gently shake off crumbs or use a soft brush to remove debris.
We recommend keeping both items out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve their natural tones. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as these handcrafted pieces are best cared for by hand.
how are your products packaged?
All items are securely packed with protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure they arrive safely. Our packaging is also designed to be gift-friendly.
will my items look exactly the same as in the photos?
As all our items are handmade or natural in material, slight variations in color, size, or texture are part of their charm and uniqueness.
